- Applicants must be Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines.
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer, or any related role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing your UX design work.
- Proficiency in Figma, with knowledge of other design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proficiency in project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience in managing a design system.
- Experience working in agile development environments.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with user research methods, including user interviews, usability testing, and user personas is a plus.
- Experience in marketing or advertising is advantageous, but not a requirement.
- Assist in the UX design process for our digital products and services, including research, prototyping, testing, and implementation.
- Collaborate with the founders and cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals, and translate them into intuitive and engaging user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
- Participate in design reviews and feedback sessions with the team.
- Continuously iterate and improve upon existing designs based on feedback and data.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and best practices.
- Support the marketing team with visual design for things like white papers, social media posts, and pitch decks.
This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
