Technical Product Manager
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech or financial services environment.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and discuss architectural concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to gather, analyze, and interpret user feedback and analytics to inform product decisions and improvements.
- Skill in identifying and defining user personas, and crafting user stories that meet their needs and expectations.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the capacity to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to prioritize product features and improvements, balancing short-term gains with long-term vision.
- Experience with integrating third-party tools and services, and an understanding of RESTful and HTTP APIs design and management.
- A commitment to staying updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software development and product management.
- Good analytical skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions that enhance product performance and user satisfaction.
- Product Strategy: Work closely with the Head of Product to define and execute the product roadmap.
- Client Collaboration: Engage with our enterprise clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements.
- Technical Oversight: Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure that product development aligns with the roadmap and meets quality standards.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize metrics and analytics to guide product development and improvements.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure product alignment across the board.
- Agile Methodology: Lead agile ceremonies like daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain product documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
This is a full-time position following the 9 AM to 6 PM Manila schedule.
